Shipping and Turnaround Time.
The shipping to us will be at your cost, we will cover the return shipping. Repairs take anywhere from 4-6 business days. Some repairs can take longer but we will notify you if that's the case. When sending your laptop, please pack it well and include your name, email, and a brief description of the issues you are experiencing with your machine.
